For many years I had suffered with what I called ‘hormonal spots’ that were very sore and also tiny pimples particularly across my forehead. As I am in my 40’s, I felt very conscious about both and tried a variety of acne creams, tablets and remedies which either did not help or made my skin feel more greasy and clogged. This all changed when I met Susan, she initially arranged a consultation with me and we discussed in detail the skin routine I had at that time, and it gave Susan the opportunity to have a look at my skin. Susan was very clear during our consultation that the products are an end to end solution including make-up etc and she prescribed a treatment plan that would suit my skin, this is obviously bespoke and individual to every client.
I have not looked back since and my skin has been transformed, I no longer suffer with hormonal spots or pimples and my skin has never looked better. The consultation and continuing sessions with Susan are key to the success in my journey, her knowledge not only of the product but more importantly what will work for her individual clients’ needs is essential. Changing Your Appointment and Late Cancellation Terms
- Your appointment will be confirmed via the 10to8 messaging system shortly after you have booked it with us. You will then get a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- If you are unable to keep the appointment, we ask that you contact us on 07711787767 or email susan@skincareinsideout.co.uk to notify us or request a change asap. Please do not attempt to message us via the 10to8 website as we will not receive it.
- If the appointment is changed/cancelled less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date/time, there will be a charge @£40.
- If the appointment is changed/cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date/time, the full charge for the treatment will be due.
- Payment of the above late cancellation charges should be made in full within 7 days of invoice.
- If two or more late cancellations are made within a six month period, then future appointments will need to be guaranteed via debit/credit card at the time of booking.
- Treatments paid for as part of a course in advance will be forfeited in the case of cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date/time.
- The offer of a free consultation is subject to no change in the originally agreed date and time. Any further re-booking for a consultation will be charged at £50 for a 45 minute consultation.
I was initially quite sceptical as to whether treatments with Susan would be able to improve my skin. For years I had very oily, uneven skin with lots of little bumps under the surface. Make-up was another problem. Almost every foundation I tried would oxidise and change colour on my skin, turning very shiny and eventually sliding off!
