Changing Your Appointment and Late Cancellation Terms
- Your appointment will be confirmed via the 10to8 messaging system shortly after you have booked it with us. You will then get a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- If you are unable to keep the appointment, we ask that you contact us on 07711787767 or email email@example.com to notify us or request a change asap. Please do not attempt to message us via the 10to8 website as we will not receive it.
- If the appointment is changed/cancelled less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date/time, there will be a charge @£40.
- If the appointment is changed/cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date/time, the full charge for the treatment will be due.
- Payment of the above late cancellation charges should be made in full within 7 days of invoice.
- If two or more late cancellations are made within a six month period, then future appointments will need to be guaranteed via debit/credit card at the time of booking.
- Treatments paid for as part of a course in advance will be forfeited in the case of cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date/time.
